My wife had knee surgery a year ago. It was supposed to be a minor surgery it was supposed to take two weeks for recovery. Almost a year later she can barely walk and bear weight on her knee. The doctors explanation was “ you are that one in 50 that it just doesn’t work “ She is 39 and hobbles around like she’s 70.

RecommendedThe staff at TOC are so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Renfree is an excellent surgeon and you know you are in very capable hands. PA George Smith is excellent as well and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The doctors are some of the best around. Dealing with scheduling and trying to ask questions of the stuff is nearly impossible. Phone calls for any staff member other than Dr. Ivie's staff will never be answered. They have a patient portal that is useless because you cannot use it to communicate with them either. The times are written on paperwork often does not match what is on the portal and leads to long waits in the waiting area. Trying to get excuse notes for work is also nearly impossible.
