The hotel and its surroundings are gorgeous. The spa is amazing. The cottages are really cute. However, I have two issues. First, the mattress in cottage 510 (king) is horrible. It’s hard and springy. Each side of the mattress is dented in and the middle of the mattress has a hump. I could not get comfortable last night and woke up with a sore back. This morning I went to the front desk. As I was describing the mattress to the desk clerk, she cut me off and asked if the mattress was too hard or too soft and offered to have h... read more
