The food is overpriced and no better than an Applebee’s. They even plated my meal poorly. EDIT: I increased it to a 3 Star from 2 Star, because they reached out and they made it right! Very good support/marketing team. Thanks Brooke!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Lots of stuff to do. Everyone is so nice. Can’t wait to enjoy the spa Wednesday for our anniversary!
Super cool front desk staff sent chocolate covered strawberries,champagne and a card to my room for my birthday!
We have stayed twice, both visits were wonderful. Our massages at the spa were perfect. The spa area itself is calm and a great place to get away, I could have stayed there for hours. Both visits were in winter, we traveled into Yosemite so the only Tenaya activity we did was ice skate, we had the rink mostly to ourselves. Great food and staff. Very dog friendly and the dog friendly rooms seem to be on the first floor with a slider out to the grass/snow. I highly recommend Tenaya Lodge.
We travel so much. We loved every single thing about our stay, the many things we could do. Of course, we know a lot of things are seasonal so we called the week before to make sure there was plenty “to do” “dining” etc. just enough. We wanted to do the spa. But we really didn’t have time ourselves. The staff pointed us to the free steam room/ sauna & we really took advantage of it!
