Templeton is a terrible company to rent from. Even their brand new building Koda is a disaster. Tradespeople in and out of the building all day leaving huge messes. It’s supposed to be a secure building but garage door is left open all the time, as are basement doors. No sense of safety at all. Only open since August (was supposed to open in May) and have already been through two building manager teams. Mice in the building. Going to probably soon take legal action. I sent in my security deposit august 20th and as I sent the document to a woman name iris woodsman, I updated her when I lost my job and wasn't able to move in. Which the timing was very poor and I lost my job right AFTER sending the security deposit and the documents. Their policy stated that the security deposit would be refunded within 24-48 hours. It's almost october. What a JOKE. She ignored emails from both me and my roommate.
Regret ever renting from Templeton Properties. The apartment was in horrible condition from the start, full of junk, mice running around, an ancient fridge that was loud all night, and a toilet seat so loose it was about to fall off. They never bothered to fix anything but still had the audacity to increase the rent like nothing was wrong. When I moved out, they tried to scam me by keeping $275 of my deposit for so-called ‘cleaning fees’ even though I cleaned thoroughly. They provided no proof.
