Regret ever renting from Templeton Properties. The apartment was in horrible condition from the start, full of junk, mice running around, an ancient fridge that was loud all night, and a toilet seat so loose it was about to fall off. They never bothered to fix anything but still had the audacity to increase the rent like nothing was wrong. When I moved out, they tried to scam me by keeping $275 of my deposit for so-called ‘cleaning fees’ even though I cleaned thoroughly. They provided no proof. Zero stars if possible. They can't keep a super more than 3 months. There's a current bug infestation. They will jack your rent and then not update the computer system and then charge you overdrafts. There is yet a new super they had to hire from Vancouver today who has no clue, because there are no local people to staff the job apparently. This building is becoming a place where people turn the pantry into a living space and jam families in 1 bedroom apartments with no oversight. AVOID
