Pleased and Thankful Thank you I was pleased with your services and friendly staff, you took care of my first dog Ruger until the day he passed away, it took me awhile to get over the pain, then when we got our second dog, they told me I had to take him to a certain vet or there warranty would be void, I have such faith in your vet and staff that I brought him to you anyhow, I'm happy with the friendliness of your staff, you are such caring people, Thank you all greatly David Bradshaw !!!
Caring && trusting. Your staff is outstanding including the personnel at the front desk. I trust the care that your staff has been given to both of my dogs Lexi and Bella. i have also used your boarding facility for both Lexi and Bella and i know my dogs will be safe there and taken care of.
Very Caring Animal Hospital This animal hospital truly cares about their patients. The Veterinarians here are wonderful. Dr. Helmer is an experienced exotics specialist and Dr. Armani treats the patients as if they were his own. My animals are actually excited to go to their pet resort! I have never had any problems with my pets health care here. Highly recommended!!!
Fantastic I expected to wait while until they could work me in for an urgent matter for my cat Charmin. The day I needed her to be seen they were completely booked. We were seen right away and all of her care needs were attended to. The staff was fantastic. Thank you very much, I really do appreciate your services.
3.5 Stars I agree with Cynthia W concerning North Bay AH "pushing" unnecessary examinations, treatments and meds for my animals (as every vet clinic seems to do). The only way I could get them to back off was to let them know that I have a very limited income - something I would rather not have revealed. On the other hand, Dr. Armani and the staff seem to be very caring and concerned, answering my questions and volunteering very helpful information, a very nice change from the last vet we used to go to. Great place This is a great place! The front office staff is always friendly and polite. They greet me when I arrive EVERY time. The availability of sodas/water and the Otis cookies is a nice touch. The exam rooms are always clean.The staff is very compassionate with my pet. They take care of my pet the entire time they are in the room. Dr. Adler, and all the Drs, are very knowledgeable and make themselves available for follow-up questions any time. Finally, the office hours are very convenient. Pleasurable Experience As always it was a pleasure to visit ! The staff is always so friendly, courteous and very professional. Although my dog doesn't enjoy the visit I've always find it to be very organized and pleasurable experience. Thanks again.
So kind "Dr. Moran and the staff took such great care of Riley. He was so sick, and everyone treated him so well. Even gave him kisses when he cried ( and he did a lot of that!). He is back to his happy self. I cannot thank everyone enough for your kindness and expertise."
