Truly caring I have worked as a vet tech for over 25 years in the past. When I first brought both of my dogs to this facility, I never mentioned that I worked in the field. I can honestly say all of the staff, as well as the doctors, have treated both my family and pets with great care. I feel you truly care about my animals as much as I do and are concerned about my opinions and concerns. Happy I have always been happy with the staff and there services at North Bay, everyone is always so friendly, happy and helpful. I can tell they all really enjoy there jobs. Dr. Helmer has been great !! I know he genuinely cares about my animals, and on at least one occasion I know that if it weren't for him I might likely have lost one of my babies. I am grateful for and lucky to have found such a caring vet, you are all appreciated.
Excellent service Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The doctor answered our questions and listened to what we had to say, which was very refreshing. We enjoyed out visit and will be making regular trips here. Thank you for your excellent service.

The value is more than worth it! Your true care and concern for my pet is amazing. You give the same care and attention you would a human and realize these are our "babies." The knowledge you provide and care in their healthy hat you provide, added to the warmth and love you give while our kids are vaisiting you, is truly appreciated. Few places provide real value to the amount of the service and while financially it's a bit of a struggle sometimes, the value is more than worth it!

Saying Goodbye My husband and I had to say goodbye to our sweet little dog a few weeks ago and were extremely impressed with the staff at North Bay. They were kind and compassionate and we will be forever grateful for the level of care that she received in her final hours. I would highly recommend Dr. Armani and the staff.
