Very thorough I love seeing how comfortable DeReno (our rabbit) is with Dr. Helmer. DeReno actually seems to enjoy his visit. Very cool. The exam is very thorough. The entire office visit is efficient which is appreciated on my tight schedule.
Always welcoming The desk staff is always welcoming, and the magazines and cat toys in the rooms are nice touches. I also like the beverages available to customers. The only downside is cost - I usually spend more than expected each visit. However, considering how expensive medical care is anywhere and that I am keeping my cat healthy, I am happy to pay.
