I am always pleased to get my car serviced at Tempe Kia. We purchased our Sorento in 2010 and have been pleased with all of it. The service dept is top notch. Would not take it anywhere else for servicing. Paula and Crystal are the best. I just met Jairo and he is great, too. Keep up the good work. When it is time for another vehicle, it will come from Tempe Kia.

I have brought my car in twice for repairs and both times not only did Jeff research my situation and get it done under warranty but he kept me informed throughout the process. I will continue to buy my cars from Tempe Dodge.

We just purchased our THIRD Kia Soul from Tempe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram AND Kia. We are seniors and have purchased a lot of cars during our lifetime. I have never found a dealership that is as fair and honest. The sales staff is personable and knowledgable, and we can't say enough about Brent Bush in the Finance Department. Took two visit to fix the problem, but that was do to a battery that was failing along with the instrument dash gauge problem we had. Thought problem was fixed then the battery failed which caused the problem to duplicate itself. Problem was cured with a new battery. Everything was under warranty and it was taken care of promptly. Thanks again for excellent service.
