I receive Service at Tempe Kia. I am so pleased with Jairo and the rest of the staff. My car is always well taken care of in an a very quick time. My car feels like a brand new car when I drive off the lot. Thank you very much! A very satisfied customer!
Jeff is always great to keep me informed. This last time was for recall issues but they found a ptoblem with the brakes. Jeff remembered about the service contract which lowered the cost of one repair.

I now have Bill as a service advisor and he is very personable and helpful. He was able to get my vehicle in for service quickly. While my issue is not completely resolved yet Bill is working through the process to get it complete. I've also had very good experiences with the shuttle drivers. I did not purchase my vehicle here but I will continue to use Tempe Dodge for my service needs due to my experience.
