I recently took my Dodge Charger in for an oil change and was greeted by William Calvo one of the Service Advisors. I explained to him that I had recently started hearing a rattling noise coming from my car but could not pin point what was causing it. He assured me that they would check it out and see what they could find. I was waiting there for the work to be done so I also asked for an approximate time frame of the service work so I could plan the rest of my errands for the day.
