They gave away a special needs Childs appointment away without even letting the family know what was going on. I am so outraged that they would not even willing to accommodate them. They are obviously in it for the money and not for the children because if they were then they would know how very important it is at the age of 3 and being on the spectrum to receive proper help to have someone who knows what their doing. I'm feeling very frustrated. My husband took my daughter to her speech appointment at Temecula Valley Therapy Services and was told that her 1:30 pm appointment with the Speech Language Pathologist was given to someone else (not even by accident...on purpose). They told us that because she doesn't have Tri Care Insurance, she has to have an assistant and gave her appointment away without talking to us. Love them! ! Go for three services and fought to have them (insurance) and would fight again! !! Love them! !!!
Absolute Best experience....they are there 100% devoted to help kids thrive to their fullest potential. A loving and compassionate staff. Thank you for helping my daughter. I appreciate it. : )
