I am in shock over how rude the receptionist has been to me all three times I have spoken to her. That is not how you treat a potential new customer and a mom who is trying her hardest to do the right thing for her child who severely needs care. What a shame!!
Our family loves TVTS! My son has been receiving services for three years, and has made SO much progress. Staff is always friendly and professional. They work so well with the children, even when the children aren’t having the best days.
RecommendedTravis has been to nearly every therapy service in the valley since his accident. I finally found one who knows what they are doing! Temecula Valley Therapy is the best! The entire staff is professional and the therapists are above average! If you need help for your little one or for yourself, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them. My son has physical therapy here for a shoulder injury he got when lifting weights. The physical therapists are great and have helped strengthen his shoulder and also taught my son how to correctly position and set his shoulders when exercising to avoid injury. Recommend if you need physical therapy for any injury. Friendly front office staff as well.
My daughter goes here for her therapy for almost a year now and she's progressed so much. I highly recommend this place. They do an awesome job.
I'm outraged that this facility decided to give our Great Granddaughters appointment away to another child. Our Grandson has told them he wants a Speech Language Pathologist and they continue to give him an assistant. They are unprofessional and have other parents being treated the same way. I would not recommend this facility for your children. All children should be treated fairly,and their appointments should never be given to another child especially without notice to their parents.
