This was my 1st visit to any Urg. Care facility, so I have nothing to compare Rancho Springs-Temecula with. I was just hoping it wasn't going to be like a numberof E R 'ordeals' I've survived! Everyone & everything at R Spr was great, & I would go there again w\o hesitation ! (l rarely do reviews, but R Spr is worth my time.)
The staff was super friendly and we were in and out in less than an hour even with my daughter getting X-Rays done. They really did have the friendliest staff I have ever seen at a medical facility!
Your concern about my condition, made me feel good. I can't get that kind of care from my current primary.
Took care of my work place injury late at night no issues
You were great when I was there. Professional and efficient, I felt I was in great hands. The only negative was my care provider saying she was going to get a second opinion on an x-ray and I still haven't heard if that happened.
