The routine maintenance of the outside gravel parking areas is lacking. There are washouts and exposed red clay that transfers to our vehicles. Multiple requests have been ignored by management. Tenants expect that increased rent should also include standard facility maintenance.
Our granddad came to live with us kind of unexpectedly he had to leave Florida suddenly. So we needed someplace quick and safe. This is the place the staff was quick to act and help us find the right size storage unit. Highly recommend
