My husband and I traded our bike in on a newer (practically brand new) used model this past Saturday. Everyone we worked with there was amazing. Our salesman, Kenny White, was very upfront with us and very "unsalesman" like in the fact that he wasn't just out to make a sale, but actually cared if we were happy with the bike we ended up purchasing.
