I have never been there but I dealt with Dennis through email to put together a pretty awesome birthday surprise for my son! He was amazing and went out of his way to help us and make my sons birthday memorable!

Been there a few times. Weve had good experiences there and met some good people. Nothing bad to say about ted's at all.
I just had a factory recall that required tearing down the whole engine. Teds had my bike in and out the same day. Awesome service.
Straight up liars. Did not honor their word, and had very poor customer service. Said they would beat or match price of another dealer on the phone, and then went back on their word after having me drive up there.
I will stick to Missouri dealers drove all the way to Alton from high ridge to look at bikes seen a free wheeler was interested in tried to get help for over 30 minutes c ould not get time of day or acknowledgement thanks for nothing my money d pending elsewhere as well douces
