The parts department very knowledgeable friendly Roger one of a kind and definitely a 5 star + in parts the clothing department the women very rude and unprofessional and they are a negative 3 stars service department is knowledgeable and they do what they say give them a 4.5 star

I called Ted's 9/13/2018 and said my bike hit my brothers bike and also that I needed a starter for my bike and I needed them both picked up as soon as possible(the man I was talking to said I'll call you right back and let you know when we can pick up) .This probably would have been about a $2000.00 work ticket for them well today is 9/19/18 and have heard nothing is there customer service this bad or do they think a $2000.00 work ticket is not worth the trouble? Please pass this on before they take it down.

Went in to buy a bike everything was easy and simple. Sales was helpful and knew every question I had. Tyler and Brian were awesome people to work with. They gave me almost 1300$ more trade in value then gateway or st.Charles don’t waste your time going anywhere else
