Absolutely a great experience. Went not sure of what I wanted, until Zach Tucker assisted me. He asked questions, then answered them by taking me to the bike with that solution..Zach narrowed down my needs until we landed on exactly what I wanted and what fit my needs. Very impressed with Zach. Then I met the other members...we all stood around like one big family just enjoying the moment. they are all great especially Roger. have bought a lot of harleys there. bought two in one day.
We have purchased 3 Street Glides from Ted's, tons of clothes, accessories, and other merch, and not to mention all the parts that my husband has bought not only for his bikes but for everyone else's bikes that he works on. Doesn't matter what department your shopping in at Ted's, you'll find friendly, knowledge staff! Our daughter even loves going to Ted's. Maybe we frequent there too much, but is that even possible?! Lol.
I would not buy a bike no where else I have Bought 5 new bike there good ppl
