Wife and I were recently in Alton riding the river and the Alton/ Missouri area when our our tri glide developed some problems. We made it to Teds and and the response was over the top. Service department was courteous and when Bill the owner heard of the problem from the sales ladies , he personally got involved, making sure we were taken care of and on our way. Attention and help was unbelievable! Thanks Bill and to your entire staff !!! Mike and Joan
Set the alarm off on my bike 100 miles from home and didn't t no how to unlock. One call to Ted's, walked me thru it and I was on my way. Thank u so much for your help. U guys are the best.

Went to look at another spyder n the guy didn’t bother to call us and tell us what our trade in would be. Really disappointed cause that is where we bought our spyder. I guess because it was used we were unimportant and not worth his time!�
