I have been using these guys for years on multiple different projects. Their response time has always been incredible which is important to me when the drains are plugged. I feel their rates are reasonable although I've never really called around because I've always been satisfied with my previous experience. They have a good warranty (1 year) but I've never had to use it because their initial repair always has lasted more than a year. Give them a try you will be satisfied. -John
