I don’t usually leave reviews, but this chiropractic center deserves to be called out. My experience here was nothing short of appalling. The environment is toxic from the top down, starting with the doctor, who is shockingly unprofessional. Instead of setting a positive example, the doctor is actually the main source of the negativity—rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy. I was a recent patient at Dr. Berger’s office and was very impressed. The staff was welcoming and friendly right from the beginning. Dr. Berger was knowledgeable and explained my condition and course of treatment. I left the office feeling much better, I will recommend to my friends and family. Doctor Berger and his staff are amazing.
