From the moment my nephew and I arrived for his high school physical, to the moment we were seen by Dr. Berger, to the moment we finished up, paid and left, Ally showed excellent customer service and attentiveness to detail. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this chiropractic center deserves to be called out. My experience here was nothing short of appalling. The environment is toxic from the top down, starting with the doctor, who is shockingly unprofessional. Instead of setting a positive example, the doctor is actually the main source of the negativity—rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy.
