I can’t say enough good things about Tectum! Their management team is absolutely top-notch. Whenever we’ve had any issues or questions, they’re incredibly quick to jump in and help us out. No dragging their feet or leaving us hanging - they’re on it right away. What really stands out is how reliable they are. They actually follow through on what they say they’ll do, which honestly feels rare these days! The level of professionalism combined with their responsiveness makes working with them such a smooth experience.
