Great group of guys! – Oh my, looks like you cannot make everybody happy, huh? I experience that in my industry too! Don't worry about it! Anyways, about my repair and service with Techpros. My computer would not boot. Techpros diagnosed my issue and had me up in running in about 3 days. That was very important because it was my work computer. Also, they where very thorough in explaining their service. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
$300 to repair a loose A/C connection on Laptop – Took in a laptop where the A/C input cable had to be wiggled just right to connect. They charged a $70 fee to tell me it would be $300 to repair loose A/C input.

TechCons! – Early last year, I had a computer that was having video card problems. I didn't have time to do it myself, so I thought I would get professionals. After looking at the machine, the tech told me the computer was loaded with malware, and they would clean it for $200. I told him I would just do a clean install instead. Awesome Computer Repair Close to Home – My computer was infected and eventually stopped working. So, I took it to TechPros in Franklin, TN and they were able to get it running again without losing my data. Thank's TechPros for helping me out. One more thing to mention... I did call Geek Squad but their turn around time was 3 weeks. TechPros turnaround was 24-48 hours. Clearly the better choice.
