I was unhappy with the way the UPS contract was handled. And now have no faith in you guys after learning about the day after thanksgiving being a mandatory work day. Complete sell outs! What's the point of having a contract if side negotiations that contradict the contract take place.
As a 26 year member I would just like to thank James Hoffa and ken hall for taking away my vote and every other member of local 89 and the two locals in Pennsylvania. By doing so you let everyone down in our entire union by showing you don't care about the membership as long as you are taken care of. Hope you enjoy your time in charge because it will end in the next election unless you decide to amend your way back in. Thanks for looking out for your membership
Live in Illinois and our TEAMSTERS suck last year I wanted to pay my summer fee and they wouldn't take it saying I still owed than I asked for our contract and he wouldn't give it to me. Big argument started and I was escorted off union property. Local 24 sucks
Sucks not as strong like they use to be in the past the unions fight more for the companies now and not it's members!
I was with them 10 years, local 957 they was decent and fair in negotiations on new contracts!!!
