Team Toyota Langhorne Tops Them All! James Cockcroft was very helpful in providing me information about the best way to go about replacing my radiator with an aftermarket part, considering it's a 20 year old car. He also provided me with a free rental car for the day, which was above and beyond my expectations for service! In my past experience at this location, Phil Yates has also provided me with exceptional service. These 2 service members are the best!

service wait times are way too long... when you schedule an appointment that you know customers are waiting, spread out times so not sitting so long.

Austin was great! Happy with the service the dealership provides and Austin was great in communicating the process. And the car was done in a timely manner.
No attempt to sell me a car I came in to look at a certified preowned vehicle I had found on the Toyota preowned website. I took it for a test drive, came back and went inside to go over the price. As all salesmen say, it was up to his sales manager to negotiate a reasonable offer. I didn't even give a specific offer just what I had seen as a range on the website.
