Service Department I had an apt with Jeff at 8.am and seems Jeff was in some kind of class. A gentleman by the Bill stepped in and was able to help me. This was my first time at Service Center and was impressed with all of the people ready to help.

Great service the valet is fast, convenient. No waiting. Service reps are and courteous and efficient. Facility is very comfortable for waiting.

Great experience at Team Toyota of Langhorn AJ was very down to earth, honest and not pushy. I felt very comfortable working with him. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The dealership was very clean. Management should offer higher trade in value from the start and complimentary snacks for customers.

He knows what he's doing and communicates steps being taken during the process (which helps when you are awaiting results). I only use Team Toyota and am happy they have such a great service department. Marissa in rental is also the best. She got me right in a vehicle and on my way to work. She's an asset to the company.
