Great Service Austin gave me great customer service. He was pleasant, funny and helpful. Everything was covered under my extended warranty. He explained everything to me and when my car wasn't ready because a part needed to me ordered. He made sure I got a rental.

Camry 2011 all employees very professional; everything explained well, service was fast. customers are provided with comfortable waiting room with tvs and able to buy coffee or food.

Customer Service I initially brought my vehicle in because of a noise at start up. The vehicle was under warranty so I thought they may try and say the old "we couldn't recreate the problem line". They didn't they diagnosed the problem and scheduled me to have it repaired which was this service experience. I picked up my car and the check engine light came on. I spoke to Austin my service contact and he was very accommodating taking my car back that same night and getting me into a loaner. He made sure the problem was fixed ... read more
