Helpful Sales person The sales person, Louis M., was extremely helpful. The dealships responded to my request for quote, he's the only one told me of the Scion pure price policy, what you see online is what you get, no room for negotiation! He's not overwhelming aggressive. He didn't call me or email me constantly. He's personable, pleasant, and knowledgable.

Steer clear from this dealership. Stuff is disorganized, unethical and I would call them [violative content deleted] if it was not a hard to prove legal term. My personal experience says - do not believe any promise you receive from Team Toyota. Once your car is out of the door not all promises they made will be fulfilled. Do Not Trust Them I bought a vehicle from Team Toyota that was a demo model. They only had one key on the day of delivery. They were to send me an additional key as I live over an hour from the dealership. After a long wait, I received the key and it did not work. I took the key to my local dealership who said the battery was bad and it needed programming. I asked Team Toyota to reimburse me the $69 it cost me and they said NO. Ridiculous. Don't go there.
Pleasant and haggle free My wife and I just bought a 2009 Matrix last weekend, Jan 31st. We were pleased with the salesman, Bob Christmas who accomdated us and had to get the car we wanted from another dealer. There was no problem and he stuck to his original price. No hidden fees. Then we spoke with Selina ( I hope I got her name correct) who worked in financing. I thought this was going to be a hard fought dragged out event. Great people. Great deal. Great job Team Toyota!!! I just purchased my 3rd Toyota Camry and i have never felt better about a deal or a dealership than i do after this one. This time around i shopped online and narrowed it down to 3 stores i would visit. I've purchased many vehicles and have likened the experience to a root canal and was not looking forward to it.
