This place made all my dreams come true It was efficient and everyone was really helpful. If these people could fix my life the way they fixed my car I would be in shape and happily married. Can't have it all though at least I have a functioning vehicle!

Excellent Big Dealership with lots of vechicles and excellent service I got a quote for 2015 Toyota Highlander Red/Almond XLE AWD from Edmunds and from this dealership. A visit followed by test drive with the quoted price got the deal done in half hour. Vehicle was ready within short time. Dealership was wonderful with service and explained everything in detail and did not mind when I declined some of the services/options. I will buy from this dealership again.

Excellent Service Everyone is always courteous at Team Toyota. They take the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be done to your car and how they go about doing it.

painless car buying Mike was extremely helpful with my trucar info. He showed us exactly what we wanted and pleasantly answered my many questions. . He couldn't have been nicer. Tim got us through the financing with great professionalism and pleasant manner, even though there were a ton of papers to sign. If these 2 individuals exemplify all of Faulkner then it is a great organization.

Always Professional As a Prius owner since 2005, I have used Team Toyota service exclusively to maintain and repair my vehicle. The staff is always professional, informative, and customer-focused. My most recent experience resulted from intermittent odd symptoms and occasional failure of the engine to start. On my first visit, a check of the starter battery found that it was not fully charged, but it was successfully charged in the shop. OMG! What a feeling!! TOYOTA!!! I just want to start out and let you all know after the 2 previous Certified Pre-Owns I have bought in the past 1 year and 3 months that this dealership brings back that old fashion professionalism and new extraordinary customer experience to the table. Bad service and direct insults! Today I made an appointment at Team Toyota Service Center to have my tires replaced. Instead of going to my local dealership I decided to go here because they were offering a buy three tires, get one for $1. I called in advance to assure that they had the proper tires, telling them that I drove a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring edition. After a disaster buying a 2010 Corrola S Team Toyota made use a great deal Team Toyota is a excellent place to buy a New or Certified Pre-owned car. I bought a 2012 Corrola Sport w/12,300k on it for a price that no other Toyota Dealer could even come close to. We had a small issue at first with Team Toyota but after talking with the saleman and the manager about our problem they treated us like royality.
