painless car buying Mike was extremely helpful with my trucar info. He showed us exactly what we wanted and pleasantly answered my many questions. . He couldn't have been nicer. Tim got us through the financing with great professionalism and pleasant manner, even though there were a ton of papers to sign. If these 2 individuals exemplify all of Faulkner then it is a great organization.

Always Professional As a Prius owner since 2005, I have used Team Toyota service exclusively to maintain and repair my vehicle. The staff is always professional, informative, and customer-focused. My most recent experience resulted from intermittent odd symptoms and occasional failure of the engine to start. On my first visit, a check of the starter battery found that it was not fully charged, but it was successfully charged in the shop. Bad service and direct insults! Today I made an appointment at Team Toyota Service Center to have my tires replaced. Instead of going to my local dealership I decided to go here because they were offering a buy three tires, get one for $1. I called in advance to assure that they had the proper tires, telling them that I drove a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring edition. After a disaster buying a 2010 Corrola S Team Toyota made use a great deal Team Toyota is a excellent place to buy a New or Certified Pre-owned car. I bought a 2012 Corrola Sport w/12,300k on it for a price that no other Toyota Dealer could even come close to. We had a small issue at first with Team Toyota but after talking with the saleman and the manager about our problem they treated us like royality. Helpful Sales person The sales person, Louis M., was extremely helpful. The dealships responded to my request for quote, he's the only one told me of the Scion pure price policy, what you see online is what you get, no room for negotiation! He's not overwhelming aggressive. He didn't call me or email me constantly. He's personable, pleasant, and knowledgable.

Steer clear from this dealership. Stuff is disorganized, unethical and I would call them [violative content deleted] if it was not a hard to prove legal term. My personal experience says - do not believe any promise you receive from Team Toyota. Once your car is out of the door not all promises they made will be fulfilled.
