Team Mazda Subaru is not a place to get your vehicle serviced Purchased a Mazda 3 about 1 year ago, great car, bad experience.... Decided to try out the service department for the first time (except for the first free oil change) will not have my car serviced there again. Made an appointment to have car looked at for brake problems, dropped it off 9a.m. called 3 hours later for status, was told they would talk to the mechanic and call me back. the selection was a little low but still had what I was looking for. I love my Mazda. Great handling and amazing electronics inside. So easy to pair my phone.
best place Ive ever shopped. good prices quick service and no craziness. I have been to a few places that do the games and make us stay there for hours no this place. They make it quick and easy.
Needed to get rid of my Grand Caravan so I went to Team. Very helpful and accomodating. Let my wife and I take two test drives so we didn't have to load up all of our kids.
No thanks.. did not buy.. ruined my credit score I went in for the Memorial Day sale and I was looking for a car. Bu before I saw a car I was being asked to verify my credit worthiness. I have good credit and I was feeling the pressure as soon as I got there. Even after I passed their hurdles on credit, they only showed me 1 car. Today was the worst experience I have ever had with this dealership. I have been a customer here and spent a fair amount of money on service. I have had great customer service and care until today. I took my mother in to look at getting a used Subaru and test drive one as there flyer advertised. I went and looked for a sales person I have worked with in the past but he was not available.
