Better than Expected Unlike the other Nampa/Caldwell dealers, these guys at least acted like they wanted to help. Scott Haldi was my sales person and he was professional to the very end. Thanks Scott!
Excellent Experience I cant believe I'm writing this about a dealership, but these guys are consummate professionals. I first went to their website, was called back within 20 minutes, and took delivery of my 2009 Forester the next day. A Great Experience.
AAA+++ Highly reccomend this fine dealership and great sales staff! Sales process was smooth and I did not need to negotiate. They gave me the best price I could find online and our salesman Paul Stephenson didn't play any games or try to pressure me. I was offered a great price for my gas hog trade in and the interest rate they gave me was better then my bank's. No thanks.. did not buy.. ruined my credit score I went in for the Memorial Day sale and I was looking for a car. Bu before I saw a car I was being asked to verify my credit worthiness. I have good credit and I was feeling the pressure as soon as I got there. Even after I passed their hurdles on credit, they only showed me 1 car. Bought my first Subaru Great salesman: was patient and new alot about subaru's. Made me feel like i was at home no pressure, went fast. Got a great deal on my trade-in. Would come back again to get a car.
Good first service visit My first service was simple and suprisingly fast. A nice waiting area(flat screen) and friendly folks.
okay not a very large selection of vehicles to look at. Typical dealership when you want help you can't find it. When you want to look in peace they won't leave you alone. All in all okay if you are looking for a mazda or subaru.
