RecommendedI was very apprehensive about this five week long program even working for me because I have been on some form of opiates for more than forty years when they told me that I would have to cut back and completely stop taking them I said no way but I said what ever they ask I would give 100 percent to this and so I did. First two weeks was very hard on me because a lot of my functions I didn't utilize, but I stuck to it.
