RecommendedI've had knee pain for several years. But I'm a mom, and so, like many of us, I delayed getting help. I was so pleased when the ortho doctor I visited said PT could ease this pain significantly. I headed to Team Rehab and Monica worked with me for several weeks as we built a plan for me to build the strength I needed. I love this place and all the people who are there. They know you by name from the start and are open minded on your therapy. I've experienced cupping, dry needling, and deep tissue massage. They have worked wonders! Don't be afraid to try new therapy options.
RecommendedHad a wonderful experience with Team Rehabilitation Northwest Indy. I had chronic back pain for almost one year.I. I had tried another physical therapist last year with little success. Also had cortisone shots with limited success. My therapist was Ursula and she was very successful in curing much of my pain. Loved the atmosphere of the place and how friendly the entire staff was. I would rate them a 10!!!
Cannot say enough good things about this place. I actually miss them when I miss a session. They are caring and thorough professionals. And most importantly my knee and ankle are getting the attention they need to heal. I highly recommend them.
