We have been renting from them for 7 months now. They are the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. They don’t care, don’t pick up the phone and don’t help at all. When they do pick up, they’re super rude. The customers are not in their best interest, the money is. Avoid them at all costs! You can never contact them. If there is a maintenance problem it takes 2-3 months to get it fixed. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER rent from them. They only got a 1 because there is no zero.

First Impression is the best Impression. I was not impressed by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism I endured while attempting to rent an apartment for my uncle. On Jan. 6th, 2020, I contacted this agency about a unit in Cocoa for rent. I received a response within an hour from Ruth with the details of the apartment along with the link to apply.
