do not spend your money here very poor dealership service department will charge you for work that dosent fix your vehicle beware
Big shout out to Simon in sales and Jeff in financing. They both went above and beyond to get me in the truck I liked and to get me at a payment amount that was good for me. They are honest and straightforward and customer satisfaction is there top priority. If you are looking for a new vehicle I HIGHLY recommend team one Chevrolet and Buick of Charlotte they are all great people there.
This must have been at least the sixth car in my family taken to Team One body shop. Worst experiences my family has had. We are officially done with taking our vehicles for repair. Every vehicle we have taken to this dealer in regards to body damage has come back in worse off shape than it was before the accident. Id never buy or take my truck back to this dealership again. I brought it in bc my traction control an abs lights keeps goin off an they charged me almost $100 to tell me nothing was wrong an it could be caused by driving w 2 feet. I had to figure it out myself and come to find out it was my after market trailer breaks that keep comin on while im driving thats setting it off. So they tell me I can bring it back in to figure out what the problem is but wont give me another rental bc I'm a drywaller an got a LITTLE MUD on the ... read more
My first experience was with salesman Greg Crandall . He made me feel comfortable from the start and I've felt comfortable at Team One every since
would of liked to have only 1 person working with me instead of this 1 person helping 2 customers at once...it was way too crazy...plus the guy didn't tell us some things about how this new product Zurich shield worked... I had to call and ask...lack of knowledge was a concern...
I have dealt with Shane Locke also, and the service Dept often and they Both have taken excellent care of me!
