After getting into a car accident that resulted with me totaling my car I visited Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte to look into buying a new one. Bought my 2014 Chevy Sonic there. I love the car the salesman was awesome, got things done quickly and easily. Service department has been equally great while car was under warranty they did all the routine maintenance very fast. Oil changes without wait or appointments. Great people with great attitudes!!!!!
This place sold me a lemon!! I I went to go back and return it they gave me the run-around and a dealer (snake)that sold me it was not returning my calls so I went up there and he was hiding out. Go to Team One Chevrolet on the southside of Lansing they're the best!

I purchased a vehicle from there and the salesman rushed through the contract and all the paperwork did not allow me to look at any of it. Tacked on $6000 of extra stuff that I did not want. Made it sound like a great deal but after signing the sales of the car went from $8100 to $15000. And they lied about the odometer reading so he can profit more money. Worst dealership I've ever been too. They are good till you sign the contract. My salesman was more worried about his review than my satisfaction.
I took my vehicle in and paid $96.00 for a diagnosis on a serious problem with my car. They did not take much time to give me a diagnosis that was way wrong. They are refusing to refund my money or give me a credit for the $96.00 they stole from me. I do not appreciate being ripped off. It is not okay to give out a crappy diagnosis so you can steal $96.00 from someone.
