Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and had to wait almost an hour before they could even pull into the bays. Also just bought brand new truck and they won't honor an expired coupon for oil change for another vehicle. ( wasn't aware coupon was expired when I presented it). Probably going to start going elsewhere...not happy
I had my car in the shop for a transmission warranty issue. There was a mishap while my car was on the hoist resulting in significant body damage. Team One went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. They provided me with a brand new Traverse to drive while they completed the body work on my Traverse, at their expense. I bought a new Malibu at Team One last Saturday and everyone was great! My salesman Bill was very patient, had all the cars I was interested in ready and waiting when I got there. I will buy my vehicles at Team One from now on.
Out of the 10 new car & trucks I've purchased they're the absolute worst dealer I've done business with.
I was really stressed trying to find a good car within my budget. When I went to Team One I talked to a dealer named Simon and told him what I was looking for. This was my first car so I was new to everything and to how things worked. Simon was very kind and helped me find a car within my price range and explained how everything goes. If I ever need to buy another car I will be going to see Simon at Team One.
Team One's service dept is great! I have been bringing my G6 to Team One for 4 years and have always received excellent service. Wayne is always very helpful gets the job done right the first time. I will continue to service with Team One for years to come. Thank you!
Great team of people working at this dealership. Purchased a couple of vehicles from. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I also take my vehicles there for maintenance. Work is always done on time and vehicle left very clean. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
