I really thought they were a great salesman they were very nice and very thorough about the car. He knew a lot about the car Very good to me through everything. I bought the car some mishap happened with insurance now holding car for me until Thursday. Very great people and a great dealership I would go here again to buy a car.

Great experience! Dealership contacted me within less than 24 hours to schedule a time to yesterday drive. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Worked with Nathon and he made it his priority to show me unique feature of the car, address my questions, and focused on my priorities. Entire process went very smooth!
Made a Scheduled Appointment to Look at Truck, Drove a Hundred Miles to be at Dealership as Scheduled, Dealer Sold the Truck the Evening Before. Don't Understand that way of Doing Business. I was Very Disappointed.
Their used truck is extremely overvalued, and their offer on my trade was so lowball that it wasn't even close. I know these are different times, but this was extreme.
They gave me a different vehicle from what we agreed upon and never told me. I figured it out when I got home. This was a few weeks ago and nobody has followed up. I was supposed to receive a window sticker so I could compare the 2 vehicles. There was not one on or in the car. I have had zero follow up since the day I bought the new vehicle. It doesn’t set well that nobody told me. It was very shady.

I try to stay local and this car place continues to remind me why sometimes it is okay to seek other places to give our money too! I am again disappointed in trusting them as again they have sold us a vehicle just to get a sale. It is unfortunate. Please when you look into buying a car here please compare with other places!

I was contacted and it was pleasant enough. When I went to look at the vehicle a few days later being that Team One isn't near the way I go to work or cone home I had to wait a few days but when I got there the salesperson I saw on the lot walking around said they sold the vehicle two days prior....but yet it was still in the website inventory that morning. Not happy I spent time and gas going to look at a vehicle that was sold two days ago but still listed on their website.
