Extremely disappointed. 90 year-old relative was lured into dealership by scratch card giveaway. Once there, salespeople took one thing after another from him (license, then credit card, then keys, etc.) making him feel like he couldn't leave. Used predatory sales techniques to take advantage of an elderly individual. Ended up selling him a scratched, beat-up car and taking his car as a trade-in. Blue book on the car he bought was $17k and on his trade was $13k and they ended up charging him $18k cash. When I called to try a... read more

The whole team went out of their way to make sure I had the best buying experience possible. I referred my mom to them as well, and she had a phenomenal experience, too! Kudos to the whole Team Nissan North staff. You've earned two more customers for life.

This was truly the best ever car buying experience! We were so lucky to find an actually honest dealership with unique, engaging staff. From Jamie Pool to Will and (I think his name was Alex, the manager) we basically got a great car, an unexpectedly good trade in, conversations about everything from Irish dancing, to French speaking in Paris, to famous relatives and conversations about how people who aren't sleazy car guys end up selling cars with integrity. Cannot say enough about my experience here!! LOVE my new Pathfinder and Garrett was an amazing salesman. Thank you for all your help and hard work, I'm sure my leased vehicle I traded in didn't make it easy, but I couldn't be happier with my new car!!

When to team nissan north with the flyer I got in the mail and drove off the lot with a 2016 nissan sentry. My credit is no credit, not bad or good pretty much. I still have a 2016 nissan and I'm happy with it. You team is San north.
