Went up to look at a used car today. I told the person I spoke to on the phone who made me a "VIP customer" that I have not so great credit and told her my score. I told her that if I can get out of my current car (which I was 100 percent honest about with mileage and options) and get a payment at $250 a month I would buy the car. The person told me that it sounded easy and made an appointment for me. I had a car in mind, a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 6000 miles on it. The website said the price was $11993. I had lost all hope after my car had died that I had spent $500 to fix 2 days before.. I went to 3 dealerships in the upper valley all had told me I needed a co-signer because I had not established any credit and sometimes is worse then bad credit.. Long story short went into Team Nissan a friend has reffred me to William Pough.. This experience was completely different from what had a happened at the 3 previous dealerships!! Terrible experience in buying a used car. Was given false information on what financing was available and i am now getting my own loan only two weeks later for a much lower rate from someone they say they deal with so they didn't offer me and my fiancé the lowest rate. Jim the finance guy would not call us back everyday for five days and we had to drive and hour and half back for another issue. Bunch of scammers is all I have to say.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! All the staff were fantastic, and the atmosphere was low pressure and honest. Everyone in sales, management, and service did exactly what they said with superb service and skill. I will highly recommend Team Nissan to everyone and be back for my next vehicle.

Keagan Sharkey goes above and beyond! He so casually says he picked me up in Claremont? He drove from Team Nissan North in Lebanon (30 miles one way)! He took the time to sit down with me to find out what I needed in a car. He presented some financing options along with a cash purchase option. He pulled a car around and we took it for a test drive. He was considerate of the fact I hadn't driven in over five months and took the time to drive it to an area where the traffic wasn't as heavy. We got back to the dealership, at wh... read more

We have been Nissan faithful buyers since 2000. Our college age son leased a car for two years and returned it under mileage and in mint shape. After he finished up his undergrad the lease was ending . He was told everything was fine . He left for an internship in Africa. His address no longer being good of course. Team Nissan failed to state anything about additional fees. He was charged for fees later and they erroneously attempted to contact him at his old address. My wife was a cosigner on the loan.
