Huge HUGE shout out to the service department!!! My transmission died on a trip to VT on my birthday and they tirelessly helped me to get back on track. After spending my day at the dealership with wonderful staff to keep me company, they helped get me into a loaner, worked with my insurance company and made it all a truly flawless experience as far as what had happened. I bought a new Nissan armada about 3 or 4 years ago. It was brand new and I had several issues with vehicle. The service department at team Nissan north was horrible. I ended up trading the vehicle in about a year ago with 30000 miles because I was sick of it and the service department giving me the run around. I still get calls all the time asking me to come trade it it in. My husband also gets calls. Dishonest lied to us about new Altima not being built until 2020. Sold us 2017 to get rid off old stock Very dissapointed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
The service department never checked to make sure my rear wiper worked or to make sure that there was a wiper on my Jeep that I purchased from them. It was never plugged in and they never put a wiper on it so when I plugged it in myself and went to use the wiper as I should be able to since it was inspected, the plastic arm deeply scraped my rear windshield. I’ve had nothing but issues with them since I purchased the vehicle. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
I went to team nissan just looking to see if they had anything I would like as I was looking for something bigger to fit my needs. We were met by salesman Brett who from the start was very friendly and did everything he could to help us stay in our price range and fit our needs and wants. Brett found the perfect vehicle for us, I have been to many dealerships and worked with many salesman but I have found my future dealership and salesman for me.

They suck... wouldn't inspect our car and came up with bs reasons why they wouldn't inspect it. Will never do business with again, if rather get a Ford truck that might flip over than go to them again. Super shady
Overly priced parts. Not sourced from local companies that have OEM parts for vehicles. Slow, not family oriented. Small waiting room if you want to call it that
