Overly priced parts. Not sourced from local companies that have OEM parts for vehicles. Slow, not family oriented. Small waiting room if you want to call it that
I had an amazing experience with Matt Nerney. There was transparency with evry step of the process even the very minor steps. I did not have very good credit but I was able to drive away in my new car the same day. There also was a bubble in my tire that I did not find until I drove off the lot, everyone I spoke to with this problem was kind and they are fixing it for me. I would reccomend Matt to anyone.
Yesterday I bought my wife a used 2015 Ford Explorer at team Nissan. Jaime pool was great and straight to the point. No screwing around, no bulllshiting me, nothing but straight to the point. Thank you Jamie.

I purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado in 2015 from Team Nissan North in Lebanon, New Hampshire - and GAP was the most important thing on my mind. At the time, they Recommended @JM&A Hroup as the best (and I quote) “GAP INSURANCE” in the country. I was assured that if I was ever in an accident and there was a loan to value difference, I would be covered, NO MATTER THE CONDITION OF MY VEHICLE PRIOR TO LOSS. I have purchased two vehicles now from team Nissan north and both times I had an excellent experience! William Pough and the team did everything they could to get us the best deal they could. Both times I walked in with some tough challenges. With not the best credit and having money that need to be rolled over and not all much money to put down.
