I bought a new Rogue from Team Nissan in 2014. Overall, I was happy with the process and the vehicle. I’ve had a few minor issues with the vehicle and subsequent response, but overall, I like it a lot. I received a sales call today asking about my vehicle and whether I was ready to consider getting a newer one. RecommendedI had a great experience at Team Nissan North. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and Zach & Nick were very helpful in getting me into a car I love!!! Zach took the time to listen to what i wanted and and showed me cars that fit my needs. They were both very patient while I panicked about money and commitments and...let’s just say, there is a Nissan dealership one mile from my house, but I drove an hour to buy my car with this dealership and I would do it again!

If you enjoy being dehumanized humiliated and taken advantaged of I highly recommend team nissan north in Lebanon. Worst experience I have ever had in all the times I've purchased a vehicle. I was taken advantage of from the sales to the finance spectrum. I'm so disgusted and disappointed how I was treated. The way they conduct business is mind blowing. I brought my vehicle in to have multiple recalls taken care of. During the repairs the technician pulled apart a strut bearing which had been recently installed and was brand new, causing the ball bearings to scatter. They told me that the bearing was defective and I would have to pay for a new one if I wanted my car that day. After showing my mechanic the “defective” piece he informed me that it was designed to come apart, showed me how it comes apart, and said there was nothing wrong with it.
