Long post but please share! I brought my car into Team Nissan North in Leb about a month ago. They rotated my tires and passed my car for inspection. I had a wonderful experience with a salesman named Will today. He was very helpful and really listened to what I needed and wanted. He not only got me a great car but he made the buying experience very easy( which is rare!)
There are some very good people working at Team Nisan North. The Sales Manager is outstanding and he personally tries to help customers get the right vehicle at the right price. I can not say that about the General Manager there. In my opinion, he is strictly out to make a profit at the customer's expense. Be careful of his ad to give each customer a $500 Visa Card. when you buy/lease a new or used vehicle. I leased a new Frontier truck and was denied the $500 Visa Card. Came in to take advantage of the $3500 trade-in deal only to be told that the deal only applied to those buying new cars, which was not advertised, nor was I told that when the representative called to make my appointment. The salesman who helped me then showed me a vehicle and before we went outside to look at it, I asked "Are you positive this is in my price range?"
