Our buying experience with David was excellent. In a market where houses move unbelievably fast (some in less than 36 hours), we needed a buying agent that was available and reponsive. He exceeded our expectations in that regard. Add to that there were literally no hiccups between our offer and our closing, and you really can't ask for anything better.
