The primary thing you want from your agent is to get your property sold. Quite simply, Jonathan will get it sold! You don't have to remind him of things to do. He is on top of all issues related to the sale of your property. He is good at helping buyers have a realistic view of what can and can't be expected. When delicate issues have to be negotiated, he is a good at bringing both parties together. If you list with Jonathan, I think you will be pleased.

We had the best service ever with Team Lee Homes. Our buying and selling process was better than we could have imagined. We had multiple offers after the first weekend and he helped us decide which was the better offer to entertain. His knowledge of the market helped us to make a better informed decision and we would highly recommend and choose to use Jonathan and his team again for any future endeavors.

Jonathan is one of the best in the business. I switched to him from another Realtor when buying my house 7 years ago.
