We had 30 showings & 21 offers in a 24 hour period with Jonathan Lee! We were out of our house within a month of listing with Team Lee Homes. Jonathan is a wonderful down to earth kind of businessman. Upon my first meeting with Jonathan it just felt like family & there were no doubts he would do an awesome job & take care of us. Hands down there’s no other realtor team that I would recommend!

From the first time I met Jonathan, I knew he was the right person to sell a home we'd bought as an investment/family rental several years ago. It wasn't your typical investor property and definitely had challenges in ensuring that it was marketable. Jonathan not only ended up finding the lovely family we chose to sell it to, he had multiple offers and multiple back-up offers lined up. In this highly competitive market you absolutely CANNOT do this on your own and keep your sanity. You need an agent who does not drag their feet and who is willing to work off hours to make sure you get the home you want. Team Lee made everything as easy as possible!!! David was very responsive on true buying end which is extremely important in the current market. Jonathan was very aggressive in marketing our home so we could sell in less than a month! This team is a pleasure to work with!

We have now sold 2 homes through Team Lee Homes. Their team is as good as they come with solid advice. Our first home had a cash buyer during the early days of the Great Recession in 2008 and our second home sold ABOVE ASKING price in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
