The dealership was responsive and had several employees willing to help when I showed up. There were several different options and they had the ability to show me a good range of choices within my desired criteria.

I went into the Speedway Subaru on West 16th Street and knew what I was wanting in a vehicle and my salesman, Steffon, went above and beyond to get the car that I wanted. I purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek with a moon roof and heated seats! Steffon explained all the features that the car came with and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. I got the car I wanted and the best sales person in the office! I will definitely refer my friends to Steffon.

Professional, answer my questions so I understand, complete service in a timely matter, clean waiting area.
They consistently tell you a length of time that your car will be in repair that is FAR LESS than the time it actually takes. Unfortunately, they never seem to complete the tasks which are listed on their checklist. You basically pay them for what is advertised and not for the actual tasks accomplished. I will never go back to this establishment...they have become a very disappointing organization.
Our experience with Fairfield Subaru was excellent. We originally purchased a used Ascent with Carmax but ended up returning it due to some possible long term issues found. Our experience with Carmax was excellent as well with zero hassles or questions after deciding to return the car. We subsequently decided to consider the smaller Outback and Fairfield Subaru made the decision an easy one for us. Everyone at this dealership was extremely professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions that I had about the new vehicle and my trade-in. They walked me through information that I was unsure of during financing and never once did they make me feel stupid.
