In 2007, I bought a new 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata from this dealership. The purchase was through the Costco auto program. In 2010, I sold the same car back to them. Details of the transactions were arranged over the Internet before I ever went to the dealership. Their dealings with me were straightforward and professional. At least for this type of transaction, I would recommend them.
In the past few years, my family has purchased a Cadillac CTS, a Chevy Equinox and a Tahoe Z71. We have received the same excellent, honest and friendly service in regards to all our vehicles, and have referred them to many friends and family!
After a much needed oil change and tire rotation, again I'm a happy customer
I had an appointment that was scheduled by the assistant. After arriving on time I waited at least 30min before Alex the sales person could see me. Alex was nice and showed me the vehicles available. In addition he gave a estimate on payment expectations. I left to think about my decision and later returned that day to test drive the vehicle. The process was smooth and Alex was professional. Outside of the very long wait upon arrival my experience was great!
Service was great, those associate that was just passing by stop to make sure I didn't need anything.. Great Customer Service.
My new car rides and handles so well and I love it. The dealership at Team Chevrolet in Vallejo, Ca. was not like others I have visited to look at cars to purchase. They made us feel wanted and listened to us as we talked about want we wanted and wanted to pay for a car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. We just bought a new truck from Dan at Team Chevrolet. What a truly great guy! He made the new car buying experience a pleasure. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. This was our 5th chevy purchase but 1st at Team Chevy and we would absolutely return here for our next. Go see Dan he's the man! :).
It was a good experience overall. The company listened to our needs and looked for ways to help us. And also explained what we needed to know about the car clearly.
