Had a great experience with an oil change
Just a comment or two on my experience with Team Superstores since Saturn is no longer. I have two Saturn's 2004 (Vue) and 2007 (Outlook). We were Chevy people until a bad experience with "Shellworth" in Vacaville, but that's a different story. I have been taking my Saturn's to your place instead of the dealership in Fairfield, Saturn was good but your people are better. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it & the work was done quickly & on time!
The dealership was super friendly. The gentlemen at the door when i walked in was very nice and offered me coffee right away, was courtious and friendly, but i didnt feel like it was just because he had too I had a recent discharged bankruptcy, so i knew my situation would take some work to get me a vehicle that the monthly payment wasnt out of sight and out of budget for me.
