Joseph Terry was most helpful, he provided my wife and I with great service, beyond my expectations. he understood we were looking for a vehicle better suited for family and our newborn and did a great job explaining all the features in our new traverse. Had a great experience buying my car. Terry was great, funny, and really worked with me with regards to the overall price matching True Car price as best he could. He also worked with some of my requests like low down and low monthly. Overall he was great.

In looking for a car it's sometimes disconcerting to encounter sales people who seem less knowledgeable than one would hope for in this process of identifying an expensive important purchase. In Team Superstore I have encountered three different sales people, mature and young, all of whom listened well to understand my needs, and directed me appropriately with solid information and service.
